I can't for the life of me understand how do you the city feel that this matter has been resolved. I have been dealing with this water drain in my driveway for almost 2 years. Me and my neighbors have put in plenty of tickets regarding this issue. I was told that there was issued with underground that had to be repaired to fix the problem that was to be completed on June 7, 2022. But only thing that happened was on June 21, 2022 the water dept. came out again with the water vacuum wasting time again and tax payers money knowing that not going to fix the problem, The workers tried but said that's the issue was underground that needed to be fixed. I explained to them that a ticket was already put in for the repair and they keep saying that there escalating it. I have a lake in my driveway every time it rains. I have to drive over my lawn to my neighbors driveway for not to damage my car. Which the city would'nt pay for if got damage. I have to pay to repair my lawn costing me more money. Me and my neighbor have been complaining for years to be on deaf ears. This is no way to live I pay my taxes and sewerage never late. Now because of the water the asphalt around the drain is washing away cause another issue. Because it's a dip around the base of the drain so when we come in and out of the drain my front end of our car are scrapping the ground and you have to turn a certain way not to damage our tires. More money again the city needs to do better by there residents/taxpayers. If I don't better respond I will be contacting the news, problem solvers,mayor's office, city council, state representative, facebook,twitter,instagram and anyone else that can help get this out to see how this matter is being handled. And will make sure my neighbors and friends will assist in making this issue public. The city needs to focus on all neighborhoods not just the focus and the up and coming areas. I don't see any changes and the amount i'm being billed for services. So give me the same treatment that I pay for. Pretty @#$%. Kathy B. So don't close my claim because it has not been reapaired.
