VERY LARGE AND DANGEROUS POTHOLE/UNEVEN PAVEMENT, approximate location behind 1366 Meridian Pl NW in the alley between Meridian and Oak streets. It's not really a pothole so much as it is a big bump with a steep dropoff, which is worst on the side of the alley closest to 14th street. Caused such severe damage that my car had to be towed after driving over it at no more than 5 mph. Makes the alley impassable. Please repair ASAP.
