Slumlord still has not fully completed the clean up by the alley. Still no screens on windows. The property is still in the name of Donald and Tracey Bailey (Sage Investments). He is an expert at coming up with reasons to drag out completing compliance. Thank you for your diligence in the ongoing situation with this property.

I have opened another sanitation case and owner did not show for Ct. so a warrant was issued for his arrest in ref. To the housing case. Another date will be set once he clears up the warrant issue.

So the Sage ____ 12 /2021 owner had a warrant and then cleared the sanitation issue which is good. But now they have sold and dumped problem to the new owner. I imagine this happens multiple times a month. Any way to interrupt the property sale until any City Code issues are resolved??? just curious

I spoke with Don Bailey who states he is still partial owner in this property. He states they are putting new guttering up in two weeks. They have new windows ordered and will be putting them in in the Next couple of months. After the windows are in the will paint the house.
