There is trash on the side of the road between Bunkerhill St. And Fulton St. There is also an abandoned lot left to get over grown and attracts trash. The trash is on the side of the street where there are no houses along the highway. This is a constant problem because during the winter plows leave large snow mounds that contain trash as well as illegal dumping. Whose problem is this? There has to be something done about this!
