I spoke with the Assessors Office today and was directed to this portal.

My name is Gregory Ferrelli, I live at 34 Pheasant Hollow Rd. Yesterday the Pheasant Hollow Street sign at the corner of Lanes End and Pheasant Hollow (which was damaged last year), was replaced with a Theresa Lane street sign. I went onto the Natick GIS Assessors Map, which in fact confirms that the street name has been changed as of 7/1/21. We, nor did my neighbors, receive any notice regarding a street name change. What does this mean regarding our address? Do we need to change it? What about our recording at the registry of deeds? I would like to maintain my current address, for numerous reasons.
