My tenants at xx Silver hill lane (natick green) are asking about the water quality – showing brown and black coloration. They report that there is a water main project going on but were concerned with whether the water can be used for consumption and/or dishes/clothes. If the water in a building is discolored, the first thing to do is open the lowest water tap in the building and run the COLD water fully on until the water runs clear. This may take several minutes.
