A. As stated the old street lights that worked are being taken down and the new that have been installed finally are not lite at night. This project was started in July and some lights in the delvelopment were take out and entire streets were left without lights even through Halloween. This is poor planning on the part of this city. Now the entire development is going to be without lights just because APS is supposedly the ones to turn in the lights and no one from the city is willing to make them turn them on. So we are to wait another 2 months before the lights are lite? Is the city going to be responsible for accidents that occur? According to the contract in the city web if poles were to be taken out new ones were to be Installed and lite within 5 days. It is now 6 months.
