Four nights of the past week, someone with a loudspeaker and a band, apparently, has been screaming from 7-10pm in the park behind my house. His rage outcompetes I-691 traffic and the motorcycle gangs of the Broad Street Shell station. Please take his microphone away, because his rage is contagious.
