There are SEVERAL potholes on Manchester Street North, that need to be filled. In all actuality, Manchester and SE Lincoln Circle need to be completely repaved!
The current potholes are just south of the intersection of SE Lincoln Circle and Manchester Street. The are located in front of the corner duplex.

A. This entire road needs to be resurfaced. Pot holes are being reported NUMEROUS times per year, are only filled, and then reopen just a couple months later.
