Description

People are continuing to fly down Vista the wrong way. They then pull down the street and pull into the senior housing parking lot half way down the street. An older gentleman in a res car almost hit someone who was driving the one way correctly. He pulled into the garage below the senior housing building and said he drives like that all the time.
