Fence on bike path side should be restored to 6ft. When ohlone path was being redone, the fence that bordered it was 6 ft and it helped make the dogs feel secure. Several times I've watched people and bikers on path scream at dogs, throw things into the pen (I've found syringes there myself) and although majority are generally friendly, it would be better if the other higher fence could be reinstalled.
