Description

Gray work van with roof rack. CT-BB 44044 Abandoned 11/28/21 by some people in an SUV from NY. Not been moved since. They do this regularly over weeks at a time. Called police 3 times and they do not want anything to do with it They hang up on me and tell me to stop calling.
