The Bike Lanes on Foothill and Upper are full of gravel, glass, dead animals, and garbage. Last Thursday I ended up with a flat tire and my friend ended up getting a flat twice. We found glass in her tire. I have noticed probably for the last 2 - 3 months, it does not look like the streets are being sweep. Have you discontinued or cut back on the street sweeping? I understand there are budget cuts but this is becoming a hazard. Someone can easily fall and get hurt if this is not cleaned up and taken care of on a regular basis. Please clean the bike lanes!
