The bathroom in question is NOT at Libby Hill Park, it is at Chimborazo Playground in the building next to the basketball courts, playground and petanque courts.

There were almost 100 people at the park on Sunday, basketball players, petanque players, and many children and there parents. From what I understand is that the parks are not cleaning the restrooms. The petanque club has been trying to keep the ladies room clean. With that many people using the park, there needs to be some sort of regular maintenance.
