Description

the block of Parkville avenue , from Ocean Pkway to E 8th street , has not been cleaned in more than 6 months. The sweeper goes right down the center of the block because no one is moving their cars. DSNY enforcement is invisible, no where to be found. The 70 PCT., which is around the corner, does not enforce parking rules anymore. What are we supposed to do?
