Description

House undergoing remodeling has had an unattended propane heater running for 24 hours in an open space separated from the outdoors only by a tarp. Is this legal? It certainly does not seem safe.

It’s keeping the new block walls from freezing. That’s how they’re heated in the winter on every Construction project. There’s nothing flammable within 8’ of that heater which is 4’ under ground. If you’re worried, call the number on the sign out front. I’ll be happy to talk to you about it.
