Thank you for reporting this. I'd like to note that this creates a dangerous situation for cars that turn onto Howell Lane off Franklin St. There is already limited visibility coming up the Howell Lane hill, and with these parked cars blocking the right lane, if a car is coming down Howell toward Franklin, it really increases the chance of a collision. This illegal parking is nearly a daily occurrence.

The parking problem has returned this morning.

This is still a daily issue. Cars (often 2) park on the street usually after 5pm and remain there until the morning. The house is a rental and obviously they feel they are obligated to pak under the No Parking signs. Can something be done about this please?

It's a more than daily issue, as the cars seem to rotate across days and times. Can these folks be offered a residential permit to park on the correct side of the street?

This is still an ongoing issue. I wish it would be addressed as these renters don't care that they are breaking laws as they constantly park in the street UNDER the No Parking signs. They do this even when another car is parked on the correct side of the street thus leaving barely any room for 1 lane to drive on.

Things haven't changed. Wish that someone would address this. The renters know this is illegal but continue to do it because they are not being punished. Please do something about this.
