I realize the park across the street is technically outside Sammamish's jurisdiction but it is run by the police dept and likely Samm City engineers will be more prompt than unicorporated ones.
The path has washed out tremendously down below (mudslide) and an engineer should at minimum look to make sure the parking lot is structurally going to be okay above.
Just park near the north gate and look down and you will see.
