Since December 3, 2021 we have reported service report number 92974. The sewer line has collapse and we have no connection to the main. We have tired to EEL cable 50 feet to the main and the line is not connected and cause the cable to be trapped. We are receiving water backup everyday in the house wo any assistance from the city. We also completed the reimburse form and have not received any financial help. This is a emergency as its been over 40 plus days.

We have a completely collapsed sewer in our alley too since spring of 2021. They have sent multiple people out to look at it and just take pictures. No work has been done. We get water in our basement too.

The city hasn't done anything, no response, no call backs , but definitely will send u a water bill. What a joke. This wouldn't happen in the suburbs. Almost 2 months and nothing

These sewer cave-ins are all over See Click Fix without any resolution from the water department. I think it is time to bring this to a head through the media. Call or email the TV stations -- call for action, help me Hank, etc. Also I have received help from the Detroit Free Press in the past. Calls to the Detroit city council or your district manager may be helpful. Resolution of these issues requires someone with clout.

I agree, I'm going to call the Mayor office, District Manager and Hank, this is absolutely ridiculous
