Truck left without taking ANYTHING and there are even whole items just out thrown around and hanging out of carts like case of toilet paper Wtf!

If they were sleeping in the truck over night you should have called the police. I believe that's in violation of the towns by-laws.
But I agree that the town needs to get this under control ! There seems to be at least at least one post a month, but never seems to be resolved.

hopefully when they leave today this will have been dealt with. but surely it's being ignored at this point since they've come and gone just leaving piles of potentially dangerous and obstructive garbage and objects around their dumpster and back area

like honestly what is the reason they EVER do pick up or clean up their carts and trash? what could it possibly be if it only happens once in a blue moon which has not at all happened recently since it's just piling up as they come and go and LAUGH at tenants trying to squeeze by
