Description

The light at Ruthrauff and La Cholla sometimes does not give a left turn arrow to those turning from LA cholla to ruthrauff headed west. It does give an arrow to those going from south bound LA cholla to ruthrauff east. This can go on for several cycles of lights, with the turn lane full of cars. This happened this morning (July 9 at around 7:45) and has happened to me several times in the past weeks.
