The first few 100 feet of SE 130th at the intersection of Powell is decaying. Beyond this decaying section the road was resurfaced a few years back and it looks good. The first little bit of Powell on 130th needs to be resurfaced. I have been told that the ownership of the street at the decaying is in question as to city or state as Powell is a state highway and it maybe state due to past Mt Hood freeway annex.
