Description
This crosswalk and handicap ramp was recently built which relieves a significant amount of j-walking along 2nd street north. The crosswalk is great, but the handicap ramp obstructs the flow of water along the road and creates a 20” diameter, 3” deep puddle. Most ramps of the kind have a water pass through to allow proper drainage.
