As of March 14, there is still a lot of litter on the Haynes Bridge hill adjacent to Target. It’s an eyesore!

Code Enforcement did verify the cleanup after the initial complaint. We will inspect property again to ensure compliance

The litter is back in full force and is the worst I’ve seen in a long time. I am guessing some has found it’s way across the street past the sidewalk in front of the Big Creek Greenway parking lot. Lots of plastic trash there too.
