Q. Please describe the issue
A. The homeowners let the dogs out and they continually bark. Just this morning at 6:15, all of their dogs were outside and barking. It sounded like a kennel. Also, they supposedly have 4 dogs, and I though a residence couldn’t have more that 3. Thank you.
