this was taken down by the borough....call the manager and demand it be replaced

I've lived here 12 years and I don't recall such a sign. I've asked for one in the past and was told to call the owner of the property (Riggs?).

Do you think traffic coming over the bridge is going to be able to see this sign in time to stop, I doubt it. The whole thing is a nightmare when traffic is busy.

There was a sign there for years however the Borough Manager felt there was too much clutter and had it taken down along with numerous other signs including speed limit signs. The man is not too bright. Call the Borough and have it replaced!

Which borough manager are you speaking of? Seems Lansdowne has changed several times in the past few years. I doubt very much if very many people coming out of the Lansdowne Ave. exit want to cross over, and anyway, any decent driver does not block an intersection when they are stopped. That shopping center was NOT well planned, parking spaces are too small and close, and both exits are nightmares.

Not many want to cross over, but the few that do must wait far longer making everyone else behind them (an increased number of late) wait far longer.

Your point that reasonable drivers don't do that supports the point that too many drivers aren't decent (and supported by the number of traffic indicators there now are) as well as the thought about why doesn't PA (and all states) require regular (and more difficult) driving testings".

I can tell you from many first-hand experiences that not only do cars block the entry during high-traffic perious - hence the discussion, born out of need, not want - but numerous times (reluctant to say majority, but certainly "frequent") will abjectly refuse to move the car forward, even a few feet, with plenty more available, in order to open up the space.

Driving is getting worse and worse each year, difficult tests wont help,
people are rushing around like maniacs, texting, yapping on their phones,
etc etc. Ive never seen so many people cutting each other off, yelling ,
beeping, blocking intersections disobeying laws, just overall ignorance towards their fellow drivers,
its like Mad MAx out there.
