Trash has been increasingly strewn all over the front yard and into street and blowing into the street and neighboring properties. Because of recent snowfall it cannot be readily seen now. Many bags of trash are now piling up in front of the garage and have been sitting there for weeks potentially attracting animals and vermin. .
