Progressing not professing

It would be very good if this was addressed fairly quickly. This is an intersection of many traffic accidents.

Not that anybody gives a hoot cause just like what already was mentioned, these two signs are so ignored (all signs & lights are invisible in this town). Idiots fly down York St all the way from Brunswick until they get to the speed bump that's located btwn Varick & Jersey Av., another speed bump is so needed on York before Varick. It's also done from Montgomery to Bright St which mind you It's a super busy kid area due to the 2 schools on Bright (This picture shown & mind you the street is full of potholes, not a smooth ride at all, but "speed racers" are not bothered )and the ladies cross walkers have a hand full trying to keep the kids safe. It's really horrible and scary. I really don't understand why there isn't better protection from the law enforcement in this area that's shown.
