It's not just these two Councilors, this issue is going to take action by the entire city council. As I mentioned before, Eubank is the dividing line between Keller Kampground, the park itself and much of the residential area affected by the vagrants. The park is in D7 (Feeblekorn) & D9(Grout), both are new councilors but really need to work together to address the issues and get the rest of the council onboard with a reasonable response/solution so that Keller can't ignore it any longer. It's more important IMO than plastic bags.
