Since the storm last Thursday night, the crosswalk lights have not functioned at Jollyville Rd. and Great Hills Trail. I am very concerned for the blind gentleman and his guide dog that cross at that location every morning and afternoon. This is a very dangerous intersection as drivers have no concern for the walkers in the area. I have almost been hit several times in that crosswalk going to work....most drivers ignore the crosswalk signal.
