Must be close to a dozen tents & camps there now, along with all their accumulated trash. What a disgusting stain on Abq & the residents of that area. Ignoring the laws and rules they desire to ignore. Certainly plastic bags are more important than the vagrants who have invaded our park over the last several years with their trash etc. And Abq wonders why people ignore the rules & laws...
