Description

I drive by this light (the one near Del Taco twice a night between 9pm and 11pm. Have been for a few months. I'm lucky if I make it through the light as I'm driving on the main road (Crossroads). The light will consistently turn red to allow cars in the parking lots/side streets go, but normally there are no cars. Further, when it triggers for a single car, it stays red for 20-30 seconds. This needs to be fixed. Anybody have a contact?
