Sharraxaadda

There is a huge very overgrown lot at 17th St and Master St and two more smaller lots nearby on the other side of Master St. This is a safety hazard as some of the weeds are taller than human height and can be the dumping place after criminal activity. Last year we reported a foul smell from that area and a decomposed body of a dog in a bag was found after the weeds were removed. This condition is conducive to concealing various types of criminal activity on a residential block with many small children playing outside daily.
