Please add this location to the list of street, sidewalk and curb repairs.

My initial inquiry was related to milling the street as the tree here had pushed up the pavement causing a pond to form in front of my driveway when it rains. I have been in touch with the Arborist and Engineer. I would like to meet with representatives from the Engineering Department at your earliest convenience to discuss this project.
