We’re about to have freezing temperatures overnight. The street will freeze into a sheet of ice. This is a hill and also a school bus stop. It’s really hard to believe that the city has not yet addressed this liability. At a minimum, the water has been flowing for weeks. What a waste and now what a hazard.
