Second time trying to get this situation resolved. The owners of this vehicle have had plenty of time to repair, emissions test, and register with the CT DMV, but have failed to do so. As a result they continue to wake the entire neighborhood at 7am, every day because the vehicle apparently requires cranking up which includes flooring the gas pedal. We've asked the person over a year ago to do the neighbors a favor and park somewhere else. Yet that request goes ignored. I hate to even have to make a repeat complaint on this but somehow they continue to drive illegally, in the city of Bridgeport every day. This is unfair to everyone else who has to go through the process of emissions and registration to drive, in the city legally and it's unfair to the residents in the area. Please get this to the appropriate department.
