Thank you for your SeeClickFix notification dated July 28, 2014. Interim Chief DeKay has asked me to respond directly to you regarding your issue with the abandoned vehicle in the street at 117 26 Street North. The information you provided was forwarded to Community Service Sergeant Richard Hladik to investigate.
Sergeant Hladik reported that he assigned Officer Rob Arrison to investigate the vehicle which was reported to have been parked on the street without a valid license plate. Officer Arrison advised he conducted several Directed Patrols, but the vehicle was gone. He also advised the residence is currently vacant and unsecured so he contacted the Codes Department in order to start a securing case. Should the vehicle park illegally in the neighborhood again, please feel free to contact the non-emergency number at (727)893-7780 so it can be addressed immediately.
