A stop sign desperately needs to be put on Franklin St. at South St. Small children play around those streets and sidewalks and don't pay attention to traffic. Cars constantly come up over the railroad bridge at a high rate of speed and there's no way they could stop in time to avoid hitting someone. Please put up a stop sign before it's too late.
