Description
The second pedestrian crossing to the Sligo creek trail in from nh ave, as well as the crossing from heather ave to the sligo creek trail needs a 'pedestrian crossing/state law to yield to pedestrians' sign. The crossing is frequently used by children to access the park, and cars often are speeding around those turns, making it dangerous to cross.

I concur completely!
Especially because Sligo Creek Parkway wiggles through lots of blind or obscured curves, AND alot of construction along it has removed, obstructed, or made inconvenient any safe pedestrian path.
I see kids take foolish shortcuts along Sligo Creek Parkway frequently, because the walkway-path is perforated -- especially so between New Hampshire Avenue and the current Bridgework at Carroll Avenue, which won't be complete for another 5 YEARS.
It's shameful that this issue has been unaddressed and has worsened for over 5 years!! Is this going to require a needless death for official attention???
