The t-markings for the parking spaces in front of 1918 University Ave are incorrect. Half of the marked out space is in a metered area / 2-hour zone while the other half is in a yellow loading zone. People keep parking here and paying the meter then ending up with a parking ticket while trucks are unable to use the yellow loading zone space without blocking the driveway of Rex Key.
