Description

Crosswalk Button not working (jammed) at 3rd Ave & Broad Street North side (mail box nearby) .It controls walk sign to walk across Broad St. Both Broad and 3rd have heavy traffic and it is dangerous to cross Broad St at this intersection without a walk sign working.
