I thought the problem had been fixed, but its back again.

Well, it is about a year later, and I'm back to having barely luke warm water in the tub to take a shower with. Its strange, because there's hot water coming out of the bathroom faucet in the sink, but not in the bathtub! Anyone else have this problem?

I just want to note, I am NOT in the Fordham area as the street address is suggesting. I am in Washington Heights.

Its April 8, 2011, and my issue with no hot water in the bathtub has STILL not been resolved. Some days its there, others, not. The agent told me that they need to break through the tile and replace something in the plumbing, and he kept telling me he'll "get back to me." He no longer answers his phone and I've left many, many messages.
