This is the lot between Pembroke East Main & Nichols street owned by Steelpoint. This is in regards to the person they have digging & moving dirt from end to the opposite end. Why is he allowed to start work at 6:30 am??We do have ordinances right? Article 21 section 1-4 no construction before 7 am. The constant beeping of his back hoe is uncalled for(when he's out here early morning there no beeping . This person Steelpoint hired is horribl. Should the mounds of dirt be covered? We don't know if these piles are contaminated! I feel they think it's the Eastside of Bridgeport who cares (Steelpoint) Please show this person a copy of the ordinance. e
