6 weeks and not corrected? It took about 9 months to fix it last time and then it worked for only a few weeks.

I don't know who the "STAFF" is that is assigned to this but they haven't done anything yet! Maybe naming the "staff" assigned would add some ownership and perhaps some responsibility.

While you are in the area: Emerson crossing Winter Street also gets a complete green cycle with no traffic on Emerson. Perhaps another bad traffic sensor?

3 months. Nothing done. Why do we bother paying "Staff" if "Staff" isn't going to respond to problems assigned to them.

There are 2 problems with traffic lights (sensors) crossing the busy Route 97 corridor (Water street & Emerson street) and they are being ignored. What is so hard about repairing/replacing a bad sensor?

Please assign an actual person or department to repair this. "Staff" assigning this to "Staff" just isn't cutting it.
