My concern is that someone or something will enter the house. They windows were left open, because they left in a rush. Legal issues.

Thank you for reporting this. I live very close to this address.
I second this motion. In addition to the lawn violation, there is trash, chairs, toys, a mattress, and an ironic "No Trespassing" Sign. Without exaggeration, it is a major eyesore in our nice neighborhood.
Please help us out.

I received an anonymous tip that the house had been used for pit bull fighting, that people were coming in and out with dogs and puppies, day and night. It is my understanding that the basement was a "bloodbath." I used to call the police to report loud music, band practice, loud parties, etc., I realize now that the noise was covering for the dog fights. They finally sound-proofed the basement to avoid complaints. Now I understand what the legal issues were and why they split in such a rush, leaving furniture and possessions behind. I feel someone should investigate the premises. Who knows what the heck is inside? Did they leave dogs in the basement?
I saw that someone has been slowly working to clean the yard. However, I see no evidence that anyone has entered the home. The house windows are still open and it has stormed many times since July, so there likely is mold growing inside. Will this house become a bio-hazard to our neighborhood from blood, mold and rotting food in the fridge/freezer?

THINGS ARE GETTING MUCH WORSE!
There have been people painting inside the house, which is good. However, they have left all the windows wide open. Then, I noticed yesterday that the garage door has been broken into.
Tonight, I saw kids with backpacks hanging out in front of the garage. THEN I caught those same 6-8 teen males peeping into MY windows and heard them talking about seeing something they liked. So now we have added a criminal element — peeping toms and thieves.
I yelled at the boys and asked what they were looking at in my house. They ran around the vacant house to the front sidewalk. So I ran out to my backyard and asked what was so interesting in MY house. I yelled that there are laws about looking into people's houses. Then, I marched out to my front yard and yelled at them as they ran across Cedar St. and ducked out behind the medical marijuana store. I let them know I saw where they were headed, and "I SEE you!" and "you'd better stay away from MY house!" I feel like I scared them that I caught them red-handed. We'll see.
