Reference SCF #12216769 The question asked under this SCF number (now closed) was and is a valid question that a reasonable person might ask and expect a reasonable response. The response by town personnel (EPD) was extremely short and lacked the respect one would expect. An explanation of why that intersection doesn't warrant a 3 way stop when a nearly identical interection 1/2 mile away is not isn't asking too much when other explanations of issues go in to great detail about the lack of personnel to enforce laws. It appears the response was more "off the cuff" than actual knowldege.
