Landlord doesn't provide garbage receptacles and tenants obviously do not take garbage to the curb for pickup.
You have two issues here. A landlord violation and tenant responsibility not done. The result is a long running garbage issue at 300 liberty that this building owner has at multiple locations they own.

R. tenants do not have any garbage receptacles that are lawful closed lid cans in sufficient quantity for tenant use. tenants do not set garbage out for collection as required of them. result is garbage issues, bird flu risk from birds, rats and mice risk, filth,neighborhood degradation.
