something is leaking out of the sinkhole above the sewer. I reported the sinkhole years sgo and nothing was done, now it looks like there's a bigger issue!

We have a pond that I named 'Alley Pond' behind my house in the alley. We have reported multiple times in the past few years as well. Admittedly, your alley situation looks more dangerous.
But there is hope...The alley and sewer was renovated/improved between Taylor and Hazelwood, 800-900 block. Walk down and take a look at the new concrete slabs.
