Do we have to begin measuring decibels for noise complaints to be taken seriously by the village? The correct response is to dispatch an officer to investigate. 65 decibels is less than the sound of a vacuum cleaner. The sound the concrete mixer was making was exponentially louder.

Southampton, you seem to be another village official under a user name manipulating codes to attack village employees. There are quality of life construction codes in effect that allows work durning permitted hours. You want quick and firm action, where is your outcry against the Mayor and trustees breaking the codes and village laws, committing small petty crimes. No action taken against any of them. And you stay silent. You want to pick your battle.
