One of my friend's children sliced his foot on this metal pole! It was cut at a stupid angle and is extremely dangerous. He was riding his scooter and got swiped by it, by the time he got home he had lost enough blood to make his toes numb! I'm angry at whoever was dumb enough to cut this thing the way they did. Somebody is getting sued.
